HYDROGASDYNAMICS OF DEEP DEPOSITED DEFORMABLE POROUS MEDIA

This monograph contains fundamental studies that have been collected over the years on fluid dynamics of deep-laying deformable reservoirs in oil and gas fields. Detailed analyses of domestic, as well as foreign research on deformable fields are shown.
Theoretical and practical studies for modeling fluid flow in porous media and development of storage-transmissibility property determination methods have been summarized. A series of subsurface hydrodynamic problems have been solved to allow the reader to investigate various aspects of determination of storage-transmissibility properties quantitatively and qualitatively. The major focus was on solution of non-linear steady and unsteady flow in realistic porous media conditions.
