STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF MUD VOLCANOES ON THE OF WELL DRILLING AND COMPLICATION RATE

Summary


Results of analysis of the influence of the distance from a volcano on the drilling indices, namely solidity of rocks and mechanical velocity, have been considered in the paper. With the growth of the distance from a volcano, velocity of the deepening becomes lower whereas the solidity becomes higher. In the wells located in the vicinity of a volcano, one can observe higher frequency of complications, in particular, absorptions. As far as removing from a volcano, frequency of complications in wells becomes lower. There also has been considered a 3-D model in the form of a table of the change of mechanical velocity depending on the distance from a volcano and depth, as well as the distribution of fre-quency of absorptions in wells located at different distances from a volcano.
