Hasan Dadashev, Dr., corresponding member of Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences
Akber Akber Feyzullayev, academician of Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences Ibrahim
Said Guliyev – had been awarded the State Award of Azerbaijan Republic for year
2010 in the field of science for scientific studies"Mud volcanism and
oil-and-gas content of the South-Caspian basin".

doctor in geological and mineralogical sciences, professor, honorable researcher
of Azerbaijan Republic, the holder of President scholarship. Field of activity –
oil and gas geology, conditions of their forming, geochemistry of sedimentary
series, issues of the mud volcanism, alternative resources of the hydrocarbon
raw materials.
Aliyeva Elmira Hadji Murad
Head of department "Ecogeology"
of Geology Institute of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, doctor in
geological and mineralogical sciences. Field of activity – sedimentology,
stratigraphy, structure of the hydrocarbon reservoirs of the South Caspian
basin.
Dadashev Farid Hasan
Head of department "Genesis and
forming of oil and gas fields" of Geology Institute of Azerbaijan National
Academy of Sciences, doctor in geological and mineralogical sciences, professor,
honorable researcher of Azerbaijan Republic, laureate of the State Award of
Azerbaijan Soviet Socialist Republic, cavalier of Order of "Shohrat", the holder
of President scholarship. Field of activity – geology and geochemistry of
natural gases, issues of mud volcanism, geology, prospecting and exploration of
oil and gas fields.
Feyzullayev Akber Akber
Head of department "Geology and
geochemistry of oil and gas", corresponding member corresponding member of
Azerbaijan national Academy of Sciences, doctor in geological and mineralogical
sciences, professor. Field of activity – geochemistry of the organic matter, oil
ad gas, processes of oil-and-gas generation, formation of hydrocarbon fields.
Guliyev Ibrahim Said
Deputy director in science of
Geology Institute of Azerbaijan national Academy of Sciences, academician of
Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, doctor in geological and mineralogical
sciences, professor, honorable researcher of Azerbaijan Republic.
Editor-in-chief of journal "Azerbaijan Oil Industry". Field of activity –
fundamental studies of issues of oil geology and geochemistry, potential of
hydrocarbon resources, simulation of mud volcanism processes, forecast of
oil-and-gas content of deep deposits, basin modeling.
